CHTBB

SUNDAYS

9:30AM & 11:30AM

Our vision is that kids at HTBB will LEARN about God, encounter God’s LOVE, LAUGH with each other and be inspired to LIVE like Jesus.

Our goal is to create a space for the nurturing of children’s spiritual development, for their faith to grow through contemplation, prayer, wonder, ritual, imagination, shared meals, artful storytelling and play!

We hope to spark in your child(ren) a deep engagement with Biblical stories and the wonder of them through our online and on-site services, to connect with them, and to support them in their faith development journey.

ON-SITE

CHTBB has been gradually reopening on-site! Here, your child(ren) will find a safe space in line with all the hygiene and health SOPs.

Christ-centered, chronological Bible study takes children from 24 months to 10 years to dive deep into the big story of the Bible - God’s plan to rescue His people through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Children can join a suitable micro team for this experience:

GROUPS CURRENTLY RUNNING ON-SITE:

9:30AM & 11.30AM SERVICES

Sparklers (18 months to 3 years)

Weekly Bible studies that help younger kids dive deep into the story of God’s rescue plan for mankind through His Son, Jesus! A chronological plan will help point them to Jesus while establishing a solid gospel foundation for a lifetime of discipleship.

Hangout (7 to 10 years)

A more in-depth bible study which unpacks the individual themes underpinning the big story of the Bible. And because faith in Jesus is beyond merely knowing him, these sessions are designed to allow your kids to engage with these themes through worship but also discipleship. This is facilitated through fun activities like art, videos as well as music – all to help bring their faith to life!

Creative Corner (4 to 10 years)

Imaginative activities are at the heart of faith. Creative Studio provides such a place for kids to spend time encountering God, responding to the Bible passage through imaginative art activities.

Soul Sports (6 to 10 Years)

Soul Sports is where children can explore scripture through the language and activity of sports and games.

HOW TO JOIN ON-SITE?

Before you arrive onsite to check-in
If you’re new, pre-register your child(ren) by clicking the button below. Regulars do not need to register again.

Please read the full list of SOPs detailed in the email. Your child(ren) will be required to have a home antigen test before entering the premises. Write your child's name and date on the kit, take a photo of the test result to show at the CHTBB check-in station when you arrive on Sunday.

At the check-in station
Share the photo of the test result to our volunteers at the CHTBB check-in station on-site. Once checked-in, your child(ren) will be given a name sticker.

Family worship
Your child(ren) and you will join us for family worship in the main hall. Afterwards, the children will go to CHTBB, joining one of the micro teams for their lessons and activities.

Picking Up
You may pick up your child(ren) at the check-in station once the adult service in the main hall is ended.

Arriving Early
Try to arrive early on Sunday at the CHTBB check-in station as the protocols may take a slightly longer time than usual for us to get your child ready, including taking temperatures, attendance and printing out name stickers.

*Please note that as we transition back to on-site gatherings, not all our groups will be available. Please e-mail: chtbb@htbb.org if you’d like to find out more.

Online

We have a series of CHTBB lesson and activity videos available on our Youtube Playlist for parents who choose to have their child(ren) remain online, or for families to access anytime!

FAQs

+ What are the SOPs? ↓

From December onwards:

  1. Self Antigen Tests are no longer required.
  2. Masks are optional, although we encourage all children to continue wearing their masks.
  3. Children showing symptoms of flu/ COVID symptoms will be required to stay home until the symptoms have subsided for 48 hours before attending CHTBB.

+ Why do we have to pre-register? ↓

Pre-registration is for anyone new to CHTBB. By having your child’s information in our system, we can speed up the process for you at the check-in station.

+ Will online still be available? ↓

We would love for our programme to reach as many children as we can but since we have transitioned back to onsite, our team can no longer cater for the online live service via Zoom. We have a series of CHTBB lesson and activity videos available on our Youtube Playlist for parents who choose to have their child(ren) remain online.

Navigating this reopening has not been easy, as our planning depends largely on the trends and changing SOPs of the ministries. We are ever thankful for your patience and encouragement and we can’t wait to get to the next normal together!

*Please note that as we transition back to on-site gatherings, not all our groups will be available. Please e-mail: chtbb@htbb.org if you’d like to find out more.
